Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling food and beverage operations

- Supervise and motivate food and beverage staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient service delivery

- Monitor inventory levels, track sales, and optimize menu offerings to maximize revenue

- Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement

- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies

Requirements:

- Hospitality industry experience in food and beverage management

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and multitask

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in hospitality software and systems (e.g., POS systems)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R8000,00 - R10000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
