Job Description
RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER (LIVE-IN) for a large growing concern, position based in the Drakensburg area, KwaZulu-Natal.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Relevant Culinary qualification or equivalent experience.
Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
3+ yrs working experience in a similar position.
Supervising staff.
Managing inventory / stock.
Customer satisfaction and handling customer complaints.
Assisting with menu planning and promotions.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
Budget management.
Salary package offered: - Salary + accommodation (single) + meals
