A multinational manufacturing giant seeks an experienced Management Accountant to join their small, yet dynamic finance team based in Durban South. Job & Company Description:
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Cycle stock counts
- BOMs and system costing
- System stock management
- Year-end audit counts and requirements
- Month-end procedures
- Monthly management accounts and packs
- Balance sheet recons
- Fixed Asset Register
- Cashbook verification
- System pricing updates
- Creditors recons
- Payment pack preparation
- Debtors reporting
- VAT recons
- Sales and stock reports
- Profitability analysis
- Expense claim verification
- BCom degree in finance or accounting
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles essential
- 2 to 3 years post articles experience in a similar role
- FMCG / Manufacturing industry experience essential
- Strong controlling and analytical skills
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Proven experience working on finance ERP systems
- Experience with MS Dynamics preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Deadline driven
