We're building a brand-new Credit Control function for the entire Streets Group, and we're looking for the right person to help shape it from day one. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves communication, organisation and being part of creating something new.
You'll work closely with our Senior Credit Control Manager to support credit management across all Streets offices, helping us put strong processes in place while managing your own portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
Managing your own credit control workload, diary and follow-up schedule.
Making warm, professional and confident outbound calls to clients.
Sending clear, well-written emails with excellent tone and accuracy.
Liaising with colleagues across the wider Streets Group to resolve queries.
Working towards regular KPIs and targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Handling difficult or pressured situations with calmness, clarity and professionalism.
Who We're Looking For
Excellent written English and a warm, confident phone manner.
Organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload.
Calm, clear and professional when dealing with pressured situations.
Detail-focused with strong communication skills.
Previous credit control or customer communication experience is helpful, but not essential.
* Accounting knowledge is desirable, but full training will be given.
