Clothing Merchandise Coordinator / Assistant

:Join our dynamic team to manage the product lifecycle within our clothing merchant cycle, ensuring seamless coordination across current, previous, and future seasons. You'll work closely with merchandisers, buyers, QA teams, and supply chain partners to deliver products on time and in full to retailers.
Key Responsibilities
:Track deliveries, purchase orders, and assortments according to critical paths and lead times. Identify and escalate potential risks or delays.
Sample and Approval Oversight
Manage fits, pre-production samples, approvals, and technical packs. Organize and maintain sample inventory and display rails.
Administrative Duties
Generate and maintain reports using Excel and other tools. Fill in Excel workbooks to track samples, approvals, and deliveries. Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
:Knowledge of clothing, fabric, critical path, and approval processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 2+ years of experience in clothing retail or supply chain management (preferred). Familiarity with Supply IT / MRP systems is a plus.
Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: R10000,00 - R20000,00 per month
