Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily catering operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Support menu planning and cost control to meet budget requirements.
Manage and train catering staff to maintain service excellence.
Monitor stock levels and oversee procurement processes.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Skills and Competencies
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and cost control principles.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in catering or hospitality management.
* Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts.
