Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day management of catering operations. Supervise and motivate catering staff to maintain excellent service standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Support menu planning, stock control, and cost management. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Contribute to staff training and development initiatives.
Skills and Competencies
Previous experience in catering or hospitality management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
Be 21 years of age and have at least 2 years' experience in the catering and / or restaurant industry on a supervisory level.
* Must have completed National Senior Certificate
