Job Description

Job Summary The successful candidate will:

  • Support the Breakfast Supervisor in managing daily breakfast operations.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service, high-quality food presentation, and smooth team operations.

Key Responsibilities Guest Service & Operations
  • Assist in overseeing the breakfast service, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor service standards, food quality, and presentation.
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Team Management
  • Supervise breakfast staff, including scheduling, training, and on-the-job guidance.
  • Motivate the team to maintain high standards of service and teamwork.
  • Support in performance feedback and development of team members.
Inventory & Stock Control
  • Monitor breakfast inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Assist in ensuring proper handling and storage of food and beverages.
Health, Safety & Hygiene
  • Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and proper use of PPE.
Team Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with other F&B and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in problem-solving and service coordination during busy periods.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
  • Previous experience in food and beverage supervision is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of breakfast operations in hotels or large-scale food service.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
Experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in food and beverage, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role within a hotel or large-scale restaurant environment.
