Assistant Branch Manager/PA Required



Key Responsibilities:

Manage day to day operations of the office. Manage Internal Staff-Manage Performance, Provide instructions, Adherence to KPI's on behalf of Executives. Submit daily, Monthly and weekly reports to Executives. Ensure staff checklists are filled daily and Stats reported is accurate. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth functioning of the office. Reporting timeously to executives regarding issues, problems and feedback. Coordinating schedules, liaising with service providers. Managing Director's Calendar for two Directors- Travel arrangements, Calendar, Schedule appointments Compiling and preparing reports for executives, Reviewing SLA's and providing feedback to Executives. Setup new campaigns- delegate , compile startup packages. Compile Presentations using various tools provided. Manage and maintain records, files and databases ,complete documentation on behalf of the company. Arrange Training, Onboard Trainees, Plan and co-ordinate sales workshops, Incentives, Prize giving and events as needed. Running errands. Adhoc duties
Requirements:

Matric

Drivers license with own vehicle(To run errands if needed).

Previous experience in a similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R9500,00 - R10000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
