Overview

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate & Business Support Assistant to provide both personal and business support. This role combines admin duties, stakeholder coordination, property research, and running errands. It's ideal for a student or early-career professional eager to gain hands-on experience in real estate and business management.

Key Responsibilities

Handle admin tasks: scheduling, filing, correspondence, and reports. Assist with real estate processes: offers, transfers, compliance, and contractor coordination. Conduct market research and basic feasibility studies. Liaise with estate agents, attorneys, banks, and service providers. Run business and personal errands when required.
Requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Computer literate (MS Office/Google Workspace). Currently studying (advantageous). Valid driver's licence essential; own transport preferred.
