The Asset Administrator controls the movement of stock on a national basis, to and from third parties, regional offices and customers as well as the analysis of variance.
Key Responsibilities
Movement of Stock (50%):
Follow current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at all times
Ensure asset verification corresponds to data and stock distribution
Track and ensure that stock moves to correct location.
Conduct monthly Stock Take
Ensure the SOP is followed at all times for missing stock
Updating information on CRM (40%)
Ensure CRM is updated daily
Ensure all calls are closed and stock is updated
Query Handling (10%)
Ensure queries from third parties, regional staff and the customer interaction centre are resolved efficiently and timeously
