OVK Handel is op soek na dinamiese en ambisieuse gegradueerde kandidate om by die OVK Landbou familie aan te sluit.
Kern doel van die pos:
Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal praktiese blootstelling kry tot die Handel besigheid asook die geleentheid kry om saam met ons Handelspan saam te werk om nuwe vaardighede aan te leer en besigheidsinsig op te doen en te groei tot Bestuursvlak.
Minimum Vereistes:
- Toepaslike Graad/Diploma in Landbou, Bemarking / Finansies;
- Vorige ondervinding in die landbou omgewing voordelig;
- Moet bereid wees om te roteer in streek;
- Geldige rybewys.
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
- Die vermoxc3xab om goeie interpersoonlike verhoudinge te kan handhaaf;
- Bestuursvaardighede;
- Ambisieus met dryf.
- Goeie klientediens en markaandeel groei;
- Goeie organisasie vermoxc3xab;
- Moet onder druk kan funksioneer;
- Moet vertroulikheid kan handhaaf.
OVK Trade/Retail are looking for dynamic and ambitious candidates to join the OVK Agriculture family.
Main purpose of the position:
The successful candidate will get practical exposure to the Trade/Retail business as well as the opportunity to work with the Team to learn new skills and gain Business insight and grow to management level.
Minimum Requirements:
- Appropriate Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Marketing/ Finance;
- Previous experience in an agricultural environment advantageous;
- Must be willing to rotate in the region;
- Valid drivers license.
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships;
- Management skills;
- Ambitious with drive.
- Excellent client service and growth of market share;
- Good organisational skills;
- Must be able to thrive under pressure;
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
