Job Description

Job Purpose:





To operate any equipment required to complete the packaging process as stated on the packing document.


Key Outputs:




Should be able to take initiative in the absence of the Team Leader. Complete Product and Size Change overs Perform Minor Adjustments to ensure that equipment runs effectively Perform minor fault findings Perform minor maintenance to ensure that machine is kept at good working condition Clean, tag and store change over parts accordingly To wash and clean the line and all the equipment's used on the line. To carry out any tasks related to the packaging process. Report any equipment malfunctions to the Team Leader. At the end of runs to ensure the working area is cleaned and tidied to an acceptable level of GMP Actively participate in the MBU Processes Ensure that the quality of product produced complies to the company standards Know and understand the relevant company procedures. Report all quality problems to the Team Leader. Adhere to time keeping, attendance and productivity requirements in Line with MBU Goal Alignment Always be prepared to put in extra effort. Work overtime if necessary and / or work on other packing lines if required. Attend all relevant GMP Training sessions as per the Training Schedule. Adhere to Safety Practices Assist with Line Opening and Line Clearance as requested


N4- N6 Engineering Qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics etc.) 0 - 2 years in the pharmaceutical manufacturing/packing environment Technical Aptitude
