Arthur Ford Promoter - Job Specification
Job Title:
Brand Promoter - Fragrance (Mall & Event Activation)
Location:
Various malls and events across [Province or City]; applicants must be able to travel independently to assigned locations.
Role Purpose:
To represent the Arthur Ford brand with professionalism and energy by actively engaging with mall shoppers or event attendees, introducing them to our range of fine oil-based perfumes, and converting interest into sales or store visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Approach and engage passers-by in a friendly, confident, and brand-aligned manner
Promote product benefits, fragrance notes, and current offers (e.g. Spin & Win, coupons)
Encourage on-the-spot purchase or store visits using coupons or samples
Maintain clean, appealing promotional setups and ensure brand consistency
Capture customer details (for lead generation) and submit them daily
Attend briefings and training sessions as required
Minimum Requirements:
Age: 18-32 preferred Languages: Must be fluent in English and at least 2 additional South African languages commonly used in the region (e.g. Zulu, Xhosa, Sotho, Tswana) Experience: At least 6 months in promotions, retail sales, hospitality, or customer service (fragrance or beauty experience is a bonus) Appearance: Well-groomed, neat, and presentable at all times - you are the face of Arthur FordJob Type: Part-time
Pay: R300,00 - R400,00 per day
