Overview:The Art Team Lead is responsible for driving the visual and technical direction of projects, ensuring high-quality design, effective communication, team performance, and alignment with company strategy. This role blends creative oversight with leadership and project management responsibilities, focusing on the development of software application interfaces, team growth, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience working with creative teams or similar
• Strong understanding of visual and interactive design principles and best practices
• Strong understanding of software used for design and animation
• Strong understanding of Ai tools for design
• Understanding of asset management systems and time tracking software (
