is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Art Director

to join their creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on conceptual thinking, bold ideas, and delivering work with a high level of craft and detail.

You'll lead creative output, inspire teams, and help bring original concepts to life across a variety of campaigns and brands.

Key Responsibilities

Creative

Conceptualise and craft original, high-quality visual ideas that align with creative briefs. Present your work clearly and professionally to both internal teams and clients. Maintain creative excellence and consistency across all work produced by your team.
Client Service

Collaborate with account teams to understand client needs and develop brand-relevant creative. Foster strong working relationships across internal departments to support smooth project execution. Play an active role in growing client relationships through strong creative delivery.
Business Management

Help develop the creative department to meet evolving agency and client needs. Accurately manage and record time and workloads to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
People & Team Development

Mentor and guide junior creatives within your team. Share knowledge and learning to encourage personal and team growth. Actively participate in agency initiatives, training sessions, and team-building activities. Set clear development goals for yourself and your team.

Requirements & Skills

A minimum of

7 years'

experience in a creative or art direction role (agency experience preferred). A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and design craftsmanship. Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong relationship-building and team collaboration skills.
