What you'll do

  • Creative Vision & End-to-End Execution: Lead the creative vision for the team, utilizing strategic thinking to develop and conceptualize original work for micro-content, multi-platform campaigns, websites, and mobile apps. You will own the creative process from ideation through to final execution, working both independently and in collaboration with the team, and ensuring ideas are brought to life across various social and digital platforms while adhering to best practices and platform nuances.
  • Brand Guardianship: Maintain and expand the brand's visual aesthetic, ensuring all elements, colors, textures, treatments, fonts, and branding are cohesive and of the highest quality across all creative output. You will uphold and adhere to existing brand guidelines and build new expressions of brands' visual identities for various platforms.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide clear direction and guidance to the creative team, managing and mentoring designers to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning. You will have strong conceptual and brainstorming skills to help conceptualize and execute yours and other creatives' ideas.
  • Trend Identification & Innovation: Stay culturally immersed and dialed into pop culture and digital trends, identifying emerging platforms and techniques in the digital space. You will use this knowledge to inform and innovate creative strategy, helping to push the industry forward.
  • Problem-Solving & Communication: Act as the inspirational bridge between client vision and creative output. You will be a key point of contact, effectively presenting ideas to clients and the team, and interpreting client goals to develop concepts that are concrete and perfectly tailored for the specific medium. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and efficiently work through production obstacles, ensuring all creative solutions are feasible in production, align with overarching business goals, and are executed with forensic attention to detail.
What you'll bring
  • Demonstrated Campaign Success: Mandatory deep knowledge and expertise across all relevant social platforms and their best practices, substantiated by a robust and verifiable portfolio showcasing the successful development and launch of large-scale, high-impact campaigns and significant digital projects. This role requires proof of execution, not just theoretical aspiration.
  • Software Proficiency: Deep proficiency across the Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and expertise in Figma for digital design and prototyping. Strong working knowledge of motion and video editing suites like After Effects and Premiere.
  • Advanced Production Understanding: A strong, practical understanding of the entire high-end production lifecycle. This includes knowledge of complex processes such as 3D integration (understanding workflows and technical requirements), managing large-scale photography/video shoots, and coordinating highly detailed post-production efforts to ensure creative vision is realized with technical precision.
  • Visionary Leadership & Presentation Mastery: Lead the creative vision for the team, providing thought leadership in typography, layout, and key visual development. You must demonstrate strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills across multiple platforms and possess the courage to back up ideas with confident, persuasive presentation skills.
  • Strategic Alignment: Possess an aptitude for strategic oversight, ensuring all creative work is aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Communication & Adaptability: Possess strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive criticism. Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, leading the team with an adaptable, positive, and self-motivated get-shit-done attitude.
