Job Description
Seeking a suitably qualified Close Protection Officers / Security Driver for a permanent position within the Umhlanga area. Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safety of the principal and family members.
- Ability to conduct Risk Assessments and Forward Planning to minimize threats.
- Establishing and maintaining secure environments.
- Using physical intervention when necessary.
- Escalate emergency situations to law enforcement as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
- PSIRA Grade C
- SAPS Competency (Business) for Handgun, Shotgun & Rifle
- Minimum 5 yearsxe2x80x99 relevant experience
- Valid Driverxe2x80x99s license xe2x80x93 Minimum 5 years
- Advanced driving certification
- SASSETA Accredited Close Protection Course
- PSIRA CPO registered
- Clear criminal record essential
- Clear ITC score
- Well presented & well spoken
- Good physical and mental health
- Close Protection: 5 years (Required)
- SAPS Competency for handgun (Business) (Required)
- SAPS Competency for Rifle (Business) (Required)
- PSIRA Grade C, B or A (Required)
- Clear ITC Credit Score (Required)
- Clean Criminal Record (Required)
- Driving license (Required)
