R25 30 000 basic per month + fuel card + uncapped commission

Take ownership of a key pharmaceutical territory covering the West Rand and North West provinces, selling a specialist generic (GX) range to independent pharmacies and dispensing doctors. This is a face-to-face, relationship-driven role with no formulary support, ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building rapport and driving results in the field.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or degree (science, healthcare, or business-related preferred)
Minimum 2 years experience in direct pharmaceutical sales to independent practices
Experience with RepWise and SSV software
Valid drivers licence, reliable car, and willingness to travel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to plan and manage own sales cycle effectively
Driven, presentable, and able to build lasting relationships in the field
Fluency in Afrikaans and English
Confident, energetic, and results-oriented
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
Relationship-builder with a professional and driven approach
Able to plan and manage own sales pipeline effectively
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth of the GX portfolio within your region
Manage and grow existing customer base through regular in-person visits
Identify new business opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly
Maintain CRM accuracy and submit territory reports and expenses timeously
Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain excellent service levels
Ensure all interactions comply with internal policies and pharmacovigilance standards
