One of our powerhouse employers in the FMCG space is on the hunt for an Area Sales Manager to take the reins and drive sales like a boss. If you're someone who lives for targets, leads with style, and thrives on strategy and street smarts, this one's got your name on it!
Area: Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas (yes, you'll be on the move - trade visits, client meetings, store checks - the road is your boardroom!)
We are looking for someone with
- 5+ years in area sales management / senior
- A brain for market dynamics, commercial performance, and competitive strategy
- Leadership like a lion - strong, fair, respected
- A love for data (because numbers tell the story)
- The ability to walk into any store and know exactly what's up with that shelf!
Your Day Will Look Like This:
- Managing sales targets
- Expanding territory through new biz dev (yes, we want more shelf space!)
- Keeping tabs on the competition
- Leading weekly rep meetings and facilitating epic regional meetings
- Making sure our merch is looking fabulous in-store
- Reporting, pricing surveys, trade visits
