Retail Sales Managers - Hearing Aid Stores
We are expanding our national footprint, with
25 retail outlets across South Africa
and more planned for the future. As part of this growth, we are looking for driven, confident Retail Sales Managers who thrive in a target-based sales environment and are passionate about achieving results.Applicants with backgrounds in cold calling, call centres, lead generation, insurance sales, or any commission-driven role where KPIs were essential will be highly advantageous.
What We're Looking For
Proven sales leadership and strong communication ability A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Comfortable working with computers and sales systems Personable, engaging, and confident when dealing with customers Highly motivated, ambitious, and performance-driven Enjoys challenges and commission-based earning potential Strong negotiation skills Available to start as soon as possible (preferred) Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence
Remuneration
Basic salary ranging from
R10,000 to R15,000
, depending on experience Highly competitive commission and incentive structureJob Type: Full-time
Pay: R10000,00 - R15000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
