Job Description
Overview: Manages sales activities within a designated geographical area, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the development of customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets within the assigned area.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
