What You'll Be Doing:
Lead & mentor a team of prepaid sales agents Daily check-ins, performance tracking & agent support Develop and execute powerful sales strategies Regular field visits to boost motivation and productivity Upload & manage agent sales through our app Submit and review daily BI reports and sales stats Communicate clearly via WhatsApp groups Onboard and train new agents to hit the ground running
What You Need:
Matric (Grade 12) Own Vehicle - Non-Negotiable 1+ Year Experience in Sales Management or Field Sales Great leadership, communication & time management skills Comfortable with WhatsApp & CRM/digital sales tools Passionate, driven & target-focused
