We're hiring for a Regional Sales Manager. You will be responsible for the commercial success of the region assigned to you. This will include taking responsibility for forecasting, supply and sales in the region, account management and management of the sales team appointed in the region.
You Will Be Part of a Growing Team
You will manage a sales team of Technical Sales Representatives (TSRs) whose primary customer interaction is with crop advisors affiliated to distributor companies. While the approach to the market is growing the business through technical demand generation, TSRs also have commercial goals managed through their Territory Action Plans. You will be responsible for commercial interaction with management and buyers of distributors.
