KBS Spikes (Pty) Ltd is a dynamic and growing company rendering financial services. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and grow our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
:Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
Identify new business opportunities and markets.
Prepare and present regular sales reports.
Requirements
:Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Target-driven and goal-oriented
Valid driver's licence (advantageous)
Remuneration:
Basic Salary: R10,000 (
subject to performance
validation
)Attractive commission structure based on sales performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
