This role includes developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the territory. Key duties involve managing the sales team, executing plans, and serving as a link between frontline staff and upper management. Key responsibilities

Team management: Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve performance goals. Sales strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share. Customer relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Market analysis: Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and analyze competitor activity. Performance monitoring: Track sales performance, report on activities, and manage profit and loss for the region. Liaison: Act as a bridge between corporate objectives and the local sales team, translating company goals into actionable strategies for the territory. Responsible for overseeing Northen Natal region leading a team of sales representatives to meet revenue targets, and driving sales growth.
