This is a full-time, permanent position based in the Johannesburg and North West Regions, reporting to the Regional Sales & Operations Manager (Gauteng).
The successful incumbent will work with clinicians, nursing staff and allied health to promote Renal solutions.
This will include identifying customer needs and opportunities, presenting product information, and utilizing sales experience to achieve revenue targets.
In addition, the ASE will work with other Sales Specialists, Clinical Educators and Marketing to ensure successful product training and implementations, with a focus on both growing and maintaining the territory
Duties and Responsibilities: Area Sales Executive
Developing the company's footprint and sales across the Johannesburg and North West Regions
Taking ownership of the territory to drive sales and growth
Developing relationships with key opinion leaders in clinical and purchasing areas, as well as C-Suite executives
Achieving revenue targets across the product range (Renal Products)
Managing key projects
Maintaining market and competitor analysis, and providing regular feedback
Providing training, presentations, in-services, and education to end users
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Product solutions to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies related to Renal related products
Promote and sell products (cross divisional) to all allocated customers as per defined strategies across the Johannesburg and North West Regions
Provide initial and continuous on the job staff training on Clinical Application to Provider Dialysis Centres
Ensure that regular in-service training programs and workshops are facilitated to maintain and update the customer knowledgeable about companies products
Educational Qualifications and Professional Experience:
Registered Nurse, a Nephrology Qualified Nurse, or Qualified Clinical Technologist (Nephrology)
Valid Professional registration with HPCSA or SANC (as applicable)
Proven experience of a minimum of 3 in medical sales
Strong knowledge of the medical field and healthcare landscape in Johannesburg and North West Regions
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a large geographical region.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
