And our dynamic, ownership-driven culture will bring the very best out of you, every day.Your responsibilitiesEnsuring compliance to the relevant internal & Global RB SOPxe2x80x99s/Policies as well as local and international standards/regulationsDevelop and promote a sustainable culture of quality within business unit working with the BU & Site leadership teamBuilds a capable in process quality assurance team who can function independently under guidance and direction.Update compliance requirements based on change management.Develop trending of compliance results for management information follow-up and action.Conduct regular GMP compliance walk-abouts and inspections in the respective BU.The experience we're looking forComputer literate including advanced excel skillsMust have demonstrated experience (minimum 4 years) in Quality Functions managing and leading a team and (minimum 7 years) in a complex Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing or FMCG environment.Must have experience working in an environment with strong quality management processes in place (experience with ISO 17025, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, PRPxe2x80x99s, Regulatory Knowledge).The skills for successHave strong leadership skills.Have excellent communication skills, including presentation skills, listening, writing, oralBe committed to customer Service, continuous improvement.What we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.We invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
