LOCATION: Northern Suburbs, Gauteng

Our client is a successful financial services group. They offer a range of local and global funds, with corresponding feeder funds available from South Africa. Their long-term track record affirms the success of their proven process and offers important diversification and alpha generation benefits to patient investors.

They now seek an area or relationship/area manager to join their team. You will be based in Gauteng and be responsible for advisors in JHB and PTA. As well as a team of three JHB based fund specialists.

JOB DESCRIPTION WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

• You will be responsible for the implementation of strategies in Gauteng; and the management and guidance of the Fund Specialists.
• You will be responsible for servicing a panel of high-profile advisers in Pretoria;
• You will be required to increase net inflows amongst independent financial advisors ;
• You will be required to have a strong existing network of IFA's, but you will not have to create a panel;

CORE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• You have a B.Com /

(finance / commerce) at an honours level provided that you are technically sound in all aspects of retail asset management sales & marketing); * You have a minimum of 5 years current, relevant sales experience in the asset management industry with retail funds and a CFP;

• You have a strong network of IFA's and in the Gauteng area;
• You have extensive technical and / or business experience with a proven track record of innovation, delivery and performance.
