Area Manager : Property Investment Western Cape
Job Description
Job Summary Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: BCom degree in Accounting, Finance, or another business-related field Property investment related degree advantageous 4+ years experience in property investment / property finance structuring Ability to build / maintain relationships and be results focused 5+ years experience in business investment and experience in banking, sales, and marketing The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Take complete ownership of financial management, income, and expenses Oversee the end-to-end property investment process with a specific focus on deal sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring and portfolio management Actively participate in various committee meetings Prepare / present detailed investment proposal reports Develop / execute marketing strategies Strategically cultivate and maintain relationships Actively manage client relationships and regularly participate in management meetings Salary: Market related
