Area Manager Wanted for Pietermaritzburg Restaurants

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee a group of restaurants in the Pietermaritzburg area. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business success across four key pillars:

1. Sales: Drive revenue growth and develop strategies to increase sales.

2. Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

3. Operations: Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.

4. People: Lead and develop a team of restaurant managers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership: Manage and develop a team of restaurant managers.

2. Operations: Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and restaurant operations.

3. Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.

4. Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.

Requirements

1. Experience: Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a multi-unit setting.

2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. Operational Expertise: Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and food safety.

4. Business Acumen: Strong financial management and analytical skills.
