Job Description
Job Summary Masedi Electric-Serve is a multi-disciplinary entity with growth ambitions in the structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and piping disciplines with offices in Rustenburg, North-West Province. The entity is searching for an individual with strong business development and leadership skills to establish, grow and manage a branch in the Northern Cape. The successful candidate is expected to carry out the following functions: Business Development; Office Administration; Client Relationship Management; Monthly Reporting; Human Capital Management; Financial Management; Contract/Projects Management; Operations Management; SHEQ Management and Supplier Relationship Management. The successful candidate shall meet the following minimum requirements: 1. Must be declared medically fit, have a clean criminal record, have 5-7 Years' of experience in management of a multi-disciplinary entity, have proven technical experience in the industrial/mining/construction and maintenance industries, have excellent contract management skills relative to the construction industry (NEC3/JBCC/GCC/FIDIC), Knowledge of relevant labour legislation, excellent knowledge about compliance and safety standards and trade test in electrical and/or instrumentation and a commercial qualification. 2.
