Job Description


TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Area Manager (Marketing) within the Trade division in the Midlands, KwaZulu-Natal.Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales through advertising, promotions, and direct marketing
  • Oversee and evaluate marketing plans, campaigns, and customer feedback
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI on marketing activities
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing on branding, social media, and trade shows
  • Lead and manage internal and external marketing teams, ensuring alignment with branch managers
  • Assist in sales price determination, product placement, and the development of new markets
  • Ensure optimal customer satisfaction and support sales goals with marketers
  • Establish TWK Outdoor ranges in branches and manage product demonstrations
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing Management, Agriculture, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in marketing, preferably in agriculture or retail
  • Proven sales and marketing experience in the agricultural sector
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving expertise
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business management software
