position.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control designated sites and employees to ensure full compliance with
SLA's, company policies, and industry standards
. Ensure consistent service delivery and operational effectiveness across all allocated sites. Build and maintainstrong client relationships
through regular communication and professional interaction. Managediscipline, performance, and attendance
within your teams. Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain the highest operational standards. Prepare and submit accurate reports and feedback to management.Minimum Requirements:
RSA Citizen
Valid Driver's License
andOwn Reliable Transport
PSIRA Registered (Minimum Grade B)
Firearm Competency - Business Purposes
Clear Criminal Record
PC Literate
(MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent communication skills
- verbal, written, and interpersonalWell-presented, confident, and professional
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the security industry
, with at least2 years in a management role
Strong client liaison and relationship-building skills
Ability to work flexible hours
and adapt to operational demandsProven ability to manage and discipline staff effectively
