Position Overview: About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and operationally hands-on Area to oversee a portfolio of stores within the Gauteng region. The ideal candidate will act as a business owner of their region, ensuring stores hit revenue targets, deliver outstanding customer service, uphold operational excellence, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
This is a leadership role with strong exposure to multi-store management, staff development, sales optimisation, and strategic execution. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and can drive results while mentoring others, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in multi-store retail management Strong leadership and people development skills Analytical and results-driven mindset Excellent communication and organisational skills Hands-on leader with strong operational control Ability to work independently with remote teams Retail systems and HR software proficiency preferred
