Clover has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced individual at the Cape Town branch. The successful applicant will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve operations. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise reports and visualizations for various stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
Business English: Fluent
Computer literacy (Advanced)
Valid motor vehicle licence
Experience in working with senior management
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop business relationships with Principals
Identify opportunities to increase Principal profit and sales volumes in geographical area
Find alignment between Clover and Principals objectives
Communicate relevant business information
Support regional sales activities
Conduct trade visits with Principals in region
Act a contact point between Principals and Clover Sales
Develop and maintain sound relationships with Principals, customers, ASM, AFM and AM's
Share relevant business information
Drive POS, brag albums, promo activities, NPD's and incentives
Ensure numeric distribution
Act as coach for Clover sales personnel
Ensure understanding of Principal focus and objectives
Do on the job coaching based on identified needs
* Assist in training of AM's and Merchandisers
