Job Summary: The Area Coach will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple [ 5 ] restaurant locations within a designated area. They will ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products and exceptional customer service while maintaining adherence to company standards and policies. The Area Coach will provide leadership, guidance, and support to restaurant managers, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and the promotion of a positive working environment. Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Supervise and monitor the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations to ensure compliance with established operational standards and procedures. Performance Management: Assess and optimize the performance of individual restaurants by analyzing key performance indicators, providing feedback, and implementing improvement strategies. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for restaurant managers and staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and services. Budget Management: Monitor and manage the financial performance of each restaurant, including budget adherence, cost control, and revenue generation. Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet quality and safety standards, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation protocols in all restaurant locations. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety standards and legal requirements. Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership and support to restaurant managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
