Proficiency in the following:
o Autocad
o Sketchup
o Lumion
o Microsoft Office
Driver's license and own vehicle. Communication skills in english and afrikaans speaking, reading and writing. Diploma/Degree in architectural technology. SACAP registration not required.
Key roles
Producing computer-based presentation drawings. Producing and checking technical documentation for municipal submission. Producing and checking technical documentation for construction. Producing in-house three-dimensional drawings. Ensuring that technical documentation is in line with the national building regulations. Manage municipal submissions and liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and local authorities.
