Job Summary
The Architectural Technologist will produce detailed architectural drawings, contribute to innovative design solutions, and support the delivery of high-end residential projects from concept to construction.
This role requires precision, creativity, and a focus on sustainable design practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed Revit drawings for luxury residential projects.
- Develop innovative design concepts in collaboration with the architectural team.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements while incorporating sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to coordinate designs, materials, and construction documentation.
- Assist in maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
- 3-5 years' experience in high-end residential architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM software.
- SACAP registration preferred (or in progress).
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
