Job Description
Well established company in the Northern suburbs of Cape Town seeks a seasoned Architectural Specifier to join their dynamic team
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role with strong relationships with architects, Quantity Surveyors and Developers
- Background in architectural specification within the building industry
- Valid drivers license and own transport
- Ability to read and understand architectural plans
- Work closely with project teams to ensure solutions fit smoothly into building plans
- Build solid connections with architects and other professionals to keep projects running smoothly
- Give clear, practical advice on products to help teams make smart decisions
- Drive sales by focusing on what clients actually needed and how the company could deliver
- Present ideas and solutions confidently to clients and stakeholders in a way that makes sense
