Job Title: Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist
Location: Remote (Gauteng-based preferred)

About the Role:
A dynamic and design-driven architecture firm is seeking a talented Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist to join its team remotely. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who values thoughtful design, works well independently, and is eager to contribute meaningfully to impactful projects-especially in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and documentation using Revit and Revit Cloud, from Inception to Close-Out
• Act as site architect when required, ensuring construction quality and coordination
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants
• Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented design work aligned with project goals
• Meet deadlines and manage deliverables effectively under pressure
• Maintain clear, professional communication throughout all project phases
• Apply strong working knowledge of construction standards, zoning regulations, SANS 10400, and building codes

Requirements:

• 7-10 years post-university experience in architecture or architectural technology
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Revit Cloud
• Proven experience managing architectural responsibilities on-site
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong passion for quality design and technical detail
• Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely
• Own transport and ability to travel to site as needed (Gauteng-based applicants preferred)
