Key Responsibilities

Deliver large-scale mixed-use and commercial projects.
Manage multiple projects from initiation to finalisation.
Represent practice at project briefing meetings.
Produce accurate Revit drawings based on client briefs.
Support graphic design and 3D visualisation for presentations (beneficial but not core).
Prepare and co-ordinate council submissions (SDP & Building Plans).
Produce working drawings and co-ordinate with other disciplines.
Attend site meetings, proactively solve problems, and monitor progress.
Conduct site inspections and oversee construction.
Guide and motivate project teams; willingness to travel when required.
Master's in Architecture (M.Arch/B.Arch).
Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience.
Registered with SACAP.
Advanced Revit skills (certification preferable).
Proficiency in Adobe Master Suite and 3D visualisation software (advantageous).
Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills.
Knowledge of site administration and project management.
Excellent record-keeping, communication, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
Effective workflow planning and resource management.
Team leadership and client relationship-building skills.
