Join a high-performing team as a professional Architect in the Western Cape!
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex construction projects with a focus on government health initiatives. Your expertise in JBCC 6.2 agreements, contract management, and architectural standards will be essential in ensuring accurate documentation, strong project coordination, and successful project outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Masters in Architecture, be registered with SACAP, and have at least 2 years of post registration experience. Exposure to NEC 3 and 4 contracts is considered beneficial as well as strong project management and administrative skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook will be valuable.
