Requirements (Must-Haves)

Minimum 2 years' experience as a closer on UK or USA campaigns

Strong closing ratio and proven track record of high conversions

Excellent English accent, articulation, and communication

Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally

Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments

High energy, discipline, and consistency

Strong compliance and customer-experience focus
