• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
• Analyze outreach results and optimize strategies for better performance.
• Stay current with industry trends and services to speak knowledgeably to potential clients.

Requirements

• Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to persuade and connect with potential clients.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve targets.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Benefits
Monthly salary between R20000 and R25000 depending on experience
