Requirements
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) is a plus
  • Must have a strong business acumen.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • A general understanding of how businesses operate in Australia is preferred.
Roles and responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls, emails, or messages to warm and cold leads
  • Qualify leads and gather basic information
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with leads as needed
  • Update and maintain lead details in CRM
