Now we're hiring an Appointment Setter to expand our network of private jet operators by connecting them with our Operations team for demos and onboarding.

About the Role

This is not your typical appointment-setting job.

You'll be on the front lines of SkyAccess' growth, reaching out to private jet operators, introducing them to our platform, and setting appointments for our Operations Manager to demo and onboard their fleets.

Your day will center on high-volume outbound calling and relationship building with operators. Beyond scheduling new appointments, you'll also help maintain momentum by checking in regularly with partnered operators.

What You'll Do

Make

100+ outbound calls per day

to private jet operators. Introduce operators to SkyAccess and schedule demos with the Operations Manager. Set qualified appointments for new operator sign-ups and fleet onboarding. Conduct weekly and monthly check-ins with existing partnered operators to keep engagement strong. Track calls, outreach, and appointment conversions in our CRM. Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure a smooth demo-to-onboarding handoff. Share feedback from operators to refine scripts, outreach, and onboarding flow.

Are organized and diligent about follow-ups and CRM updates. Like the idea of playing a key role in growing SkyAccess' operator network. Thrive on structure, targets, and measurable wins.

What We're Looking For

1+ year in sales development, telemarketing, or appointment setting. Experience making 100+ outbound calls per day. Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable using CRMs and call-tracking tools. Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting call/appointment quotas. Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment.

Bonus If You Have:

Knowledge of the private aviation industry and/or operator networks. Experience working in SaaS, marketplaces, or B2B lead generation. Familiarity with private jet charter operations or fleet management software.
