Job Summary

:

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful

Appointment Setter

to support our Expense Advisory team. This role is essential in driving new business opportunities by engaging healthcare facilities and group organizations through both targeted outreach and self-sourced research.

The Appointment Setter will not only work from lead lists provided by Expense Advisors but also take initiative to research, build, and qualify their own prospect lists. By identifying key decision-makers and tailoring outreach through effective research, this position helps open the door for our Expense Advisors to present Prime Source's cost-saving services.

Role and Responsibilities

:

Place outbound calls to healthcare facilities and organizations from both

rep-provided lists

and

self-researched lead lists

. Research prospective clients/facilities to gather key information (e.g., number of buildings in a group, organizational structure, decision-makers). Use a proven outreach script while adapting to different conversations, questions, and objections. Clearly communicate Prime Source's value proposition and generate interest in an introductory meeting. Schedule qualified meetings directly into Expense Advisors' calendars using designated scheduling tools. Track activity and results (calls, contacts, meetings set, conversion rates) in the CRM system. Provide feedback to the Expense Advisory team on common objections, opportunities, and market insights. Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals. Handle other special projects as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

:

1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation. Strong research skills to independently identify and qualify prospective leads. Professional, confident, and friendly phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly. Comfortable navigating gatekeepers and overcoming objections. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. Self-motivated with a positive attitude, able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus). Strong time-management skills in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Pay: R12000,00 - R18000,00 per month
