About the Role:

Varga Media is one of the fastest-growing marketing agencies for home improvement companies. We help established trades and renovation companies scale by delivering a consistent flow of high-quality enquiries and, importantly, turning those enquiries into booked sales appointments and revenue.

We are now entering our next growth stage and building a dedicated sales team to support the volume of inbound enquiries we generate daily for our clients. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for homeowners, represent our clients professionally, qualify their needs, and convert them into scheduled appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a high volume of inbound, warm leads Qualify leads based on the provided criteria and convert to sales appointments Create a strong first impression and represent our clients professionally Use our CRM and Google Workspace to organize lead data and qualification notes Daily communication with clients about existing and new appointments Attend weekly team meetings and report KPIs

Qualifications:

Fluent English speaker Experience in sales, appointment setting, or call-centre environments Excellent phone communication skills Self-starter, high energy and positive attitude Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Comfortable using CRM systems and Google Workspace tools Experience in the home improvement sector is a plus (not required)
