Overview of the job

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to contact inbound leads and schedule qualified calls with our Admissions team. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for reaching out by phone, qualifying interest, and ensuring prospective families show up to their scheduled appointments. C1-2 English is required.

Responsibilities

Call and follow up with leads from enquiry forms, partially completed applications, and call bookings Qualify leads against basic fit criteria before scheduling appointment with Admissions Manage and update appointments in our scheduling system Send timely reminders and confirmations to maximise show-up rates Provide a smooth hand-off to the Admissions team when leads are ready Keep CRM notes and lead records accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For

Flexible and committed schedule. We need you to reach out to new leads the moment they come. Strong and confident phone presence with clear communication skills Self-motivated and disciplined in following outreach cadences Comfortable handling light objections and keeping prospects engaged Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (CRM, phone dialler, scheduling tools) Previous experience in sales, admissions, or call-centre environments is a plus
